Sugar Daddy (Thompson Twins song)
"Sugar Daddy" is Thompson Twins' only single in 1989 from the album Big Trash. It was written by the duo, Alannah Currie and Tom Bailey. The single peaked at #97 in the UK, spending only 1 week on the chart.[1] The single fared better in America where it peaked at #28 on the US Billboard. This would be the duo's last appearance on the US singles billboard. Sugar Daddy also peaked at #2 on the US Dance Music/Club Play Singles.[2] The single had a promo video to support it.
The b-side "Monkey Man" was exclusive to this single.
